At Peak Property Inspection, LLC, we adhere to the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors Standards of Practice. The Standards of Practice is a detailed document defining the scope of work that the inspector will perform. It includes the specific areas of the home that the home inspector will inspect as well as those areas that the home inspector is not required to inspect.

InterNACHI is the world’s largest inspection trade organization. Based in the United States, InterNACHI is both non-profit and federally tax exempt, and operates in 65 different countries and nine languages. It is also the inspection industry’s largest provider of education and training. The state of Pennsylvania requires it’s inspectors to hold membership in a national organization like InterNACHI.
