PEST INSPECTIONS

PEST INSPECTIONS

What is a WDI inspection? – WDI stands for Wood Destroying Insects and refers to a limited visual, functional, non-invasive inspection of the readily-accessible areas of the home. Wood destroying insects include termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and re-infesting wood-boring beetles.

What we do – As licensed WDI inspectors, we will walk around the exterior and interior of your home, including the basement and crawl space, in order to determine the presence or absence of wood destroying insects that could significantly destroy the structural integrity of your home.

What you will get – Peace of mind and a detailed report of the findings together with recommendations.
